The state of art ECOTECNO Waste Water Treatment System

installed at UFLEX Cylinders uses concentrators works on Vacuum Evaporator technology.

Advantages of ECOTECHNO :

• Zero liquid Discharge
• The most Energy Efficient system, as the Vacuum concentrator reduces the boiling temperature of water to 45 deg C. Hence works with minimum power consumption.
• The water content in the solution is converted into water-vapor & then condensed to get the pure – recycled water, ready for reuse.
• The Waste sludge is then compressed into bricks for further disposal.
